Once you have entered a contest or league on our platform, the entry fee is locked in. You may not cancel your participation or request a refund under any circumstances, including:

Failure to manage your team
Technical or internet issues on the user’s side
3. Contest Cancellation by MegaFantasyHub
In rare cases, if a contest is canceled by MegaFantasyHub (due to low participation, technical error, or other valid reasons), the full entry fee will be refunded to your platform wallet. You can use these credits for future contests.
4. Refunds for Failed Transactions
If funds are deducted from your account but not credited to your MegaFantasyHub wallet due to a failed transaction or technical issue:

5. Bonus & Promotional Credits
Bonuses, referral rewards, or promotional credits are non-withdrawable and non-refundable. They can only be used for participation in contests as specified in our terms.
6. Disputes & Support
For any payment-related issues or refund inquiries, contact our support team. All disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the transaction. Decisions made by MegaFantasyHub in such cases will be final and binding.
